Refund policy

If a product has been delivered and the customer is not satisfied, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp to request a return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

The product must be returned by the customer at their own courier cost.

Once we receive the returned product, a cash refund will be processed.

The refund amount will be issued after deducting the shipping cost.
